Best Brazilian Steakhouse I've Been To - Excellent Flavor & Selections

If you've never been to a Brazilian BBQ, where they have table service that is all-you-can-eat believe me, the food is so good that you'll probably keep eating until you can't fit another bite. The grilled meats are the main attraction, with servers walking around the dining room carrying skewers of lamb, chicken, filet mignon, ribeye, sirloin, and more.

You simply flip a little coaster card on your table to the green or red side to signal the waiters they should stop or skip your seat. As they come around with different meats, they'll ask if you'd like some, and you can keep sampling whatever catches your eye.

Of the meats I tried, I would say the porco which is pork loin that has bean seasoned with parmesan and salt, grilled over a flame, and then sliced at your table was the most flavorful of the items. A close second would be picanha which is the best cut of sirloin, also grilled and seasoned with coarse sea salt. All the meats I tried were amazing.

The meats here have excellent flavor and rival some of the best steaks and shish-kabobs I've had anywhere. Everything is grilled and brought directly to your table, so you can keep trying different cuts and varieties throughout the meal. There's also a salad bar with an interesting selection of cheeses and vegetables, giving you some additional options between rounds of meat.

The salad bar contains artisan cheeses, deli meats, grilled vegetables, pickled vegetables, caprese, asparagus, and many other items. Its honestly a meal of its own, and the fact you can buy just a salad bar is proof enough.

The service has been above average during my visits. I've occasionally had to wait a little while between servers coming around, and sometimes an item will run out temporarily, but overall, the staff does a good job of keeping the food coming and making sure you have plenty to eat.

The restaurant itself has a very elegant atmosphere, with dim lighting that makes it feel more like a fine-dining experience than a typical restaurant. It's a great setting for enjoying a meal, whether you're celebrating something special or simply looking to treat yourself to some excellent grilled meats.

The price is a bit on the higher side, but I think the quality of the food justifies it. This isnt a place you go out to every week. They do offer a lunch service at a reduced price. So if your looking to try this for the first time you might want to try lunch instead. It's an excellent way to enjoy the experience without paying as much. Im not sure if the meat selection is the same however.

When it comes to steak and grilled meats, this is my absolute favorite restaurant in the San Antonio area. If you enjoy grilled meat and want to try something beyond a traditional steakhouse, this place is a must-try at least once. Just make sure you arrive hungry, because you're almost guaranteed to leave completely stuffed!
