  Stopped While Passing By - Average Buffet With Average Selection

  Decent buffet with a good selection of items. Some of the food was prepared really well, while other items were a little bland, but overall, I left full and ready for the next stretch of my road trip.
  
  The buffet was kept stocked, with food being brought out regularly. The Mongolian beef was good, and I especially liked that the onions weren't overcooked and soggy like they are at a lot of places. They still had plenty of onion flavor and a little crunch to them. The garlic green beans were also good, and the Chinese doughnuts were fresh.
  
  The sushi selection was probably the weakest part of the buffet. There were only about three varieties to choose from, and they were all vegetable and cream cheese-style rolls. I would have liked to see a little more variety.
  
  Service was good. My waitress came by frequently and kept my drink refilled throughout the meal.
  
  The only issue I had was with the payment process. Before leaving, the cashier rang up my total but entered the amount incorrectly into the credit card terminal, and I was charged almost double what I should have been. She then reversed the entire transaction and charged my card again for the correct amount. The problem was that my debit card continued to show the first charge of about $38 for a single buffet until the original transaction was finally returned to my account three days later.
  
  It would have been much easier if she had simply refunded the difference from the incorrect charge back to my card or given me the difference in cash at the register rather than reversing the entire transaction and making me wait for the first charge to fall off.
  
  Aside from the payment issue, I had a decent experience. It's not the most amazing buffet I've ever had, but it's good enough for the price. It's quick, reasonably priced, and conveniently located right on the main road through Roswell. I'd probably stop here again if I were passing through or staying in town.
