  Food Was Good, But Not As Good As Other Location

  Was my first time eating at this restaurant, but I think its a 2nd location to the place I used to frequent on Rittiman Rd on the East side of San Antonio.
  
  I visited with a friend while working in the area. We ordered our food and it came out after a short wait, maybe 15 minutes or so. We had an appetizer and the service was decent, but our drinks went empty and no one returned until our food was ready.
  
  When my food arrived, I noticed a hair in my Pad Thai We called the waiter back and he took the plate to replace it, which only took a few minutes this time. I had to wonder why it took so long, or if it was actually replaced.
  
  The food flavor was decent, not outstanding, portion sizes were decent but appeared small. When the plate first came out I thought I was going to leave hungry but it was just enough to fill me up.
  
  Overall I wasn't disappointed with the meal, but wasn't impressed. Prices were about average compared to other restaurants, and if this is a 2nd location, as the restaurant name would indicate, I feel like the food at the other location is a bit better.
  
  The location was somewhat empty, the front door was blowing open and shut with the wind, I believe the floor was bare concrete, the ceiling was open and combined with the cold weather it made the dining room chilly and not very homey or inviting. With having to send my plate back after waiting , It just wasn't a good experience. I cant really complain about the food, but everything was just middle of the road.
