  Was Hoping For Food Like The Big Fisherman Had. Its Pretty Close.

  I've been a long-time customer of The Big Fisherman. When I found out it was closed I was very disappointed. When I found out the daughter of the family who owned it had opened another location I had to come try it.
  
  This was my first time dining at the new restaurant. Prices on the food we're very good. The Fisherman's Platter was the item I always ordered at the other restaurant , so thats what I ordered my first visit here.
  
  The batter on the fish was different than the original, but was very tasty. Portion sizes on the plate were very large, but a few items that were on the original we're not included on this new version.
  
  The shrimp and oysters that came on my plate were very large, the scallops had good flavor and texture, and the coleslaw was decent. The tartar sauce was very good, and the fish that came on the plate was cooked where it fell apart but had a nice crust. The plate also came with a stuffed crab that was one of the better stuffed crabs I've had.
  
  I'll definitely be returning, if not for another Fisherman's Platter to try some other items. This is a place I would recommend to anyone vacationing or visiting in the area.
