Really Good Thai Food, Was Impressed By The Freshness Of Items
Excellent experience dining at this restaurant for the first time. From the moment we arrived, the service was very welcoming. Our waitress and the owner both took the time to come over and talk with us at the table. They explained how some of the dishes were prepared and even told us about several items that are made from scratch by the cook.
We ordered the drunken noodles and beef Pad Thai for our entrées, along with both Vietnamese and Thai spring rolls as appetizers.
The food came out quickly, and the portions were very generous. The Vietnamese spring rolls were especially fresh, with cucumber, rice noodles, and lettuce leaves inside. Everything we tried had excellent flavor, and the vegetables tasted noticeably fresh. Even the small amount of green onion in the dishes really came through, and the cucumbers were crisp and fresh.
Our waitress checked on us at least three times throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. She even offered to replace a dish if we found it too spicy, which was a nice touch and showed that they genuinely wanted us to enjoy the meal.
Another nice surprise was that refills on the canned sodas were free, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes.
Overall, the food tasted authentic, the ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was excellent. Between the attention from the staff and owner and the quality of the food, this was a great first experience.
If you enjoy authentic Asian cuisine, particularly Thai and Vietnamese food, I'd definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try.— Paul
