  • ★★★★½ Orange Cream Shake Half Lb Roast Beef Jalapeno Bites Bronco Berry Sauce Visited Apr 13, 2024

This is a newer Arby’s location, so the interior still has nice, fresh furniture and fixtures. I also noticed several outlets available for charging phones and laptops, which is a nice extra.

I was glad to finally have an Arby’s in this part of town, and my first visit went well. The food came out quickly, and my order was correct. Since then, I’ve returned several times and have had consistently good experiences with the service.

One of my favorite items here is the cream cheese jalapeño bites. I prefer cream cheese over the cheddar filling found in traditional jalapeño poppers, and these hit the spot. They come with a berry pepper dipping sauce that tastes so good I could practically drink it! I always ask for extra.

I also used a buy-one-get-one-free coupon for sandwiches and decided to get two of the half-pound roast beef sandwiches, the largest roast beef option on the menu. Both came to around $9, which I thought was a pretty good deal considering how much meat you get compared with the regular roast beef sandwich. Its about three times as much meat.

The roast beef itself is the same as you'd find at any other Arby’s. It's not necessarily the best roast beef out there, but I think the texture of those super-thin slices, combined with Arby’s sauce and Horsey Sauce, is what makes their sandwiches distinctive. Those sauces really help set the flavor apart from what you get at other sandwich places.

I tried the orange cream shake while they had it, but wasn't impressed, I thought it lacked the orange flavor it needed to make it a favorite. I was hoping for something like the old fashioned dreamcicle ice cream bars. But the orange flavor on the shake was pretty weak.

I've now visited this location around six times, including drive-thru and mobile orders. I've requested extra sauce, added items to mobile orders, and even placed multiple orders back-to-back, and the staff has consistently gotten everything right.

I've had only one minor issue across all those visits. Overall, this location has been reliable, with quick service, and accurate orders.
