  Received A Free Birthday Meal - The Food Was Better Than Expected

  I stopped in for my birthday meal and, while I’ve eaten at other Twin Peaks locations over the years, this was my first visit to this particular one. One of my favorite meals has always been the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, but I had never tried the asparagus until this visit.
  
  Everything came out hot and well prepared. As usual, the chicken fried steak was excellent, with a nice crisp crust and flavorful country gravy. The garlic mashed potatoes had a good baked-and-mashed skin still on potato flavor, and the grilled asparagus was cooked until tender while still retaining a nice firmness and crunch and was seasoned well. I’d definitely order the asparagus again.
  
  For a chain restaurant, Twin Peaks serves one of the better chicken fried steaks I've had, and the quality has been consistently good across the locations I've visited.
  
  One thing to keep in mind is the noise level. I visited while a sports game was on, and the restaurant was extremely loud. That's part of the atmosphere, but it’s something to consider if you prefer a quieter meal.
  
  Overall, this location was on par with my other Twin Peaks experiences. The food was consistently good, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a casual meal and especially to those wanting a good chicken fried steak.
