Pad See Ew Was Decent, But Needed More Flavor
I've eaten here quite a few times, and the food has been pretty good. The portion size sometimes varies, and the flavor can also vary. This visit was pretty decent. I ordered the beef pad see ew, it came out decently quick and the portion size this visit was on the larger size.
The noodles had decent flavor, but seemed like they were lacking sauce and weren't cooked long enough. The flavor was weak and the sauce that was on them wasn't caramelized at all so the flavor was different.
The spice level was ok, not really what I would call a medium. Service here was decent, once your order is taken and brought to your table, I rarely receive a return visit.
Prices are decent here, but its the inconsistent flavor, portions, and the boxes of food I've taken to go that had overly salty flavor, or the noodles were all stuck as a solid block that dissuade me from more frequent visits.— Paul

Inconsistent Flavor & Quality
I've been eating at this location for several years now. My visits are infrequent because the food here while decent can be inconsistent in the way its prepared. The food overall compared to Thai restaurants across the whole city is somewhere in the middle.
On my most recent visit I ordered beef salad and beef pad thai. The beef salad was super salty, plenty beef but lacking jn vegetables compared to other places. The beef was also cooked well done.
On another occasion my beef salad came out dry, missing a lot of vegetables and with no lime vinegar sauce on it.
The pad thai on previous visits wasn't decent. But this trip it was nearly flavorless. I took the pad thai to go, and all the noodles clumped up, and stuck together like a solid block. There was also a small amount of meat that was in large strips.
Customer service here is usually pretty good, but tables can sometimes go overlooked for a bit, leaving you waiting for a refill on your drink.
I would recommend visiting this location on a lunch if possible, as it comes with spring rolls and soup, and the pricing is much more affordable.— Paul
