  Lots Of Interesting Burger Concepts.

  This was my first time eating here, and I had just recently saw this place reviewed online. Since there was 2 of us dining, we decided to order 2 different burgers.
  
  We ordered at the counter and waited for our food. I had no idea what to expect, as this was just one of those hey I heard about this place with crazy burger things.
  
  First up was the HeeHaw burger, which had an interesting mix of toppings. Pimento cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno jelly, and a fried green tomato. The meat was cooked medium, had a nice charred edge on it and was everything a good made from scratch burger should be. The fried green tomato had a nice crunch to the batter, but wasnt overly crispy, and also didnt have a raw tomato flavor like some places. The pimento cheese added flavor and a creamy texture, but didnt overpower everything else. So all in all it was a good burger. A nice even mix of textures and flavors.
  
  The Booty Burger was next. A boudain sausage patty layered on top of a regular burger patty was an interesting combo. Loaded up with a spicy deli mustard and some diced jalapenos there was also a little kick to it. But overall the combo of flavors here didnt stand out as much as the ones on the HeeHaw burger. One bite the mustard would stand out, the next the boudain, and the next after that a bit that just had burger flavor.
  
  We also ordered some parmesean garlic fries, they were loaded with shredded parmesean and not the bagged moist stuff, it was the tiny dry strands you get at Italian restaurants that is grated fresh off an aged block of dryish cheese. You can see the amount of cheese in the photos.
  
  The order came out quick, everything was correct, service was good and employees were friendly. Everything was cooked about as close to perfect as you can get when it comes to a burger.
  
  Overall our meal was great, and I will definitely return to try some more items. The location is convenient, just off the highway and since Im from San Antonio this will make a good stop when Im heading in or out of Houston.
