  Buffet Has Declined in Quality and Selection

  I've visited this buffet several times over the years, and unfortunately, it seems to have gone downhill since the pandemic.
  
  There was a sign on the entrance warning customers that some of the buffet stations were closed, apparently a holdover from the pandemic. The selection was fairly basic, consisting of the usual Chinese buffet offerings, including General Tso's chicken, Mongolian pork, sweet-and-sour chicken, fried shrimp, spring rolls, green beans, Philadelphia rolls, sliced fruit, and other familiar items.
  
  The sushi selection was almost nonexistent, with only a few pieces available at a time. The Mongolian pork was decent, but nothing on the buffet that really stood out. Overall, the food was just okay, and both my friend and I felt the selection and quality didn't justify the price.
  
  On one visit, we also encountered hair on two different food items. Since this is a self-service buffet, it's impossible to know whether the hair came from another customer or the kitchen, but it certainly wasn't an enjoyable discovery.
  
  There was a time when this buffet was reasonably good, and the price reflected the quality and variety offered. Unfortunately, my experience since the pandemic has been that prices have increased while the selection has become more limited and the food quality has declined.
  
  It's an average Chinese buffet that no longer offers the value it once did. The food is adequate if you're looking for familiar buffet staples, but between the limited selection, nearly nonexistent sushi bar, and higher prices, I left feeling there were better options elsewhere.
