  One of the best AYCE Sushi Places Ive Been To. Excellent Customer Service!

  The owner nicknamed "Elvis" has a few locations, but the one at 1861 S Nevada Ave is where I go. I've sent several people to his restaurant since discovering it a few years ago, and its hands down some of the best sushi I've had anywhere, the best customer service, and definitely the best AYCE I've had despite it being cheaper than many as of (2017).
  
  Elvis actually remembered me 2 years after my first visit. I walked in, he greeted me, and when I said he said "its been a while since you've been in", I thought no way this guy remembers me. He then said "your the guy from Texas, wheres your friends you were here with last time?". My jaw dropped. I jokingly asked did we eat that much food the last time we were here?
  
  His menu has a great selection of items, from hand rolls to tempura fried rolls. Everything visit has been consistent with fresh ingredients and amazing flavor. Its been a while since my last visit, as this place is over 1000 miles from me, but its a must visit when Im in Colorado Springs.
  
  The All You Can Eat option includes Nigiri, Long Rolls, Hand Rolls, Desserts, Soups, Fried oysters, and all sorts of other items. For what is offered this place is amazing.
  
  His specialty rolls are where you get the biggest flavor. The Garden Of The Gods Roll is one of them. Another unique one is the Hunka Hunka Burning Love, which is a deep fried jalapeno stuffed sushi style, tempura dipped, then sliced sushi style. (See Photos)
  
  The restaurant and many of his sushi rolls are Elvis themed, and even when its super busy Elvis greets everyone coming and going, making jokes and conversing with customers as hes making rolls.
  
  The food, the experience, the service, is excellent. One of my favorite restaurants anywhere. I may have had sushi that came close quality wise at a few places, but none that come close as a whole.
