  Good Cheese Enchiladas In Gravy

  I've eaten at Garcia's several times now. Someone who lives nearby introduced me to the place one evening. I have ordered the Cheese Enchilada Dinner, the Mexican Dinner which includes Cheese Enchiladas, & a side of Carne Guisada, and the Garcias Deluxe which includes an Enchilada, a Crispy Taco, Chalupa and a Tamale.
  
  Food is always excellent, some of the best enchiladas I've had. Everything about the plate is good, none of the items are bland and everything always has great flavor. The only item I think is a bit sub-par is the tamale.
  
  Table service is quick, food arrives quick. I have recommended this restaurant to others who are near it only to find out someone had already beat me to it. Its a well known place for people in the Garden Ridge, Schertz and Universal City area.
  
  If you like cheese enchiladas, definitely try the ones at Garcias.
