  General Shrimp Was Decent, Pad Thai Was Odd.

  I stopped here while visiting town for work. I had to work late that evening, so rather than sit down for a meal, I decided to pick up a couple of dishes to take back to my hotel room. The restaurant was conveniently located near several of the hotels where I typically stay, and the fact that they were open late made it an easy option for convienent food after a long day.
  
  I ordered the General Shrimp and the Beef Pad Thai, and after trying both, the General Shrimp was clearly the winner of the two.
  
  The General Shrimp had good flavor, and the portion was of a decent size. The box was filled mostly with battered and fried shrimp, that had a thin light coating, and then were covered in a general tso style sauce. It had a few pieces of steamed brocoli, but not so much it looked like an attempt to fill the container due to lack of shrimp. The shrimp were clearly the dominant item.
  
  The beef Pad Thai was a different story. There was nothing particularly wrong with it, but something about the dish seemed off. The flavor and preparation weren't close enough to authentic Pad Thai for it to really even be recognized as Pad Thai. It was the traditional style noodle, but there was shreded celery and carrots, almost like mongolian beef ingredients were just added to the noodles minus the sauce. It also came with a slice of lemon which seemed out of place.
  
  I would consider coming back, especially because of the location and hours, but with the variety of items here, I feel the entrees probably vary in flavor greatly. They have a mixture of Asian cusines, so figuring out which ones are the better might be interesting. The general shrimp would be an item I would possibly order again, but the pad thai isnt.
