Location Was Far Better Than Others
've only eaten at Charleys three times ever, including this visit. The other two locations I tried were at Rolling Oaks Mall and The Forum, and unfortunately, both experiences were somewhere between subpar and downright disappointing.
The sandwich I received at this location was noticeably better than what I had at the other two. I was short on time, it was close to closing, and I needed to find something quick. Under normal circumstances, I probably wouldn't have even considered Charleys, but I'm glad I gave it another try because the food was much better this time around.
The meat portion was more generous, the meat was cooked properly and had good flavor, and the cheese was fully melted. The sandwich was also assembled fairly neatly, which made a difference in the overall experience. I went back to the counter to ask for some additional toppings, and the employees were happy to bring them out to me rather than making me go through the line again.
The employees were friendly and the service was good. Based on this visit, I'd actually consider eating here again. It was a much better experience than my previous visits to the other Charleys locations.— Paul
