  Good Ramen, Decent Sides & Combos Available

  It was my first time eating here. It was about 45 minutes to closing, but they seated us anyways, they let us know the kitchen was closing in a minute and to make a selection as quickly as possible. I ordered the tonkatsu kuro ramen and added the gyoza to it for the extra $3.50.
  
  The food came of quick, my ramen appeared to be the regular tonkatsu, as it didnt have the black oil floating on top ( can see this in the pictures ). But since it was close to closing I just let it go. The broth had good flavor, a lot of corn in my bowl, the pork was very tender, almost falling apart. The noodles had good consistency, not overly doughy but still a bit firm.
  
  My friend ordered the spicy miso with the takoyaki appetizer. The gyoza was decent, crisp on the outside, but not super hot inside, they seemed a bit rushed. The takoyaki as well was a bit soft outside, the flavor was decent, but not the best I've had.
  
  Service was decent, the interior was nicely decorated, prices were on par with other ramen places, the reduced price appetizers was nice.
  
  Im not a big ramen person, I've been to maybe two dozen ramen restaurants in a half dozen states.. This was pretty good in comparison, maybe somewhere in the middle.
