  Cowboy Breakfast - Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs

  My travel companions were up bright and early and wanted breakfast. They had me find somewhere nearby, we got in the car and headed over. Once we were seated I took a look at the menu and was split between the chicken fried steak and the chicken fried bacon. I'd only seen chicken fried bacon 2 places before this. But Im also a chicken fried steak junkie, and barely ever pass up the opportunity to try another one.
  
  One of the other people at my table ordered the chicken fried bacon, so I went with the steak.
  
  When the food arrived I noticed the breading on the chicken fried steak was kinda thin, and when cutting into it, it just started to peel off. It wasnt crispy or thick, just a light coating that didnt seem to fry up fully, and stayed mushy from oil that probably wasnt hot enough.
  
  The steak and hashbrowns both needed some salt, and I barely ever add salt to my food.
  
  Overall the food was decent, but not overly impressive. It wasnt of the quality and flavor that would bring me back. I'd probably opt to try another place.
