  Beef Pad Thai Was Decent, Portions Good, But Average Flavor

  This was my first time visiting, and I came with a few friends. The restaurant had also been recommended to me by some other friends, so I decided to take their suggestion and give it a try.
  
  I ordered the Pad Thai lunch special with beef, while my friends ordered an appetizer of fried spring rolls with their entrees. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were pretty good for a lunch special.
  
  The food had good flavor, although the Pad Thai wasn't the best I've had, even compared with other places in San Antonio. It was cooked properly, but it was definitely the wetter style, with not as sweet a flavor.
  
  The table service could have been a little better. It was somewhat spotty during our visit, even though there were only three tables occupied in the restaurant. Overall, though, it was a decent meal at a fair price, and I'd consider coming back to try some of the other dishes. The lunch specials are a pretty good deal here.
