  Stopped Here At Random - Food Was Just OK

  This was my first time eating at Peng’s. I was driving around looking for a new place to try and decided to stop in. I ordered the General Chicken, and overall, the food was decently good.
  
  The menu had a good selection, and prices were fair. It took a little while for our food to come out, but the restaurant was pretty busy with the dinner rush, so the wait wasn't unexpected.
  
  The General Chicken came out hot and had decent flavor. The portion was a good size, and there was enough food that I had leftovers to take home. I didn't find the general chicken particularly impressive. It was pretty average compared to other places.
  
  Everything else we ordered was served hot and had decent flavor, and my dining partner had enough food left over as well on their beef & vegetable plate.
  
  There was one point when our drinks were empty, but a waiter came by and refilled them not too long afterward. Service was generally good despite the restaurant being pretty busy.
  
  The total for our meals was about what I'd expect to pay for a dinner out, and I felt it was reasonably affordable for the amount of food we received.
  
  Overall, It was a good first experience at Peng’s. Nothing specifically stood out as exceptional, but everything was solid, the prices were reasonable, and the menu has enough variety that I'd probably come back and try some other items.
