Maybe My Favorite Korean BBQ In Dallas So Far

We came here specifically for the All You Can Eat Korean BBQ. There were three of us, and we all eat Korean food regularly in San Antonio, but there aren't any places back home offering AYCE Korean BBQ.

The meal started with a variety of side dishes and salad being brought to the table. We ordered our first two plates of meat and started cooking.

Over the next hour or so, we kept ordering more. By the time we were finished, we'd gone through at least seven plates of meat, including two plates of bulgogi, two plates of pork belly, and two plates of LA galbi ribs.

At one point, our waitress suggested we try a meat we hadn't ordered yet and brought out a plate of pork marinated in a red spice. It was **extremely spicy**. Even the three of us had a hard time finishing that one plate. We joked afterward that maybe she was trying to find a way to end our meal a little sooner after seeing how much meat we'd already eaten.

All of the meats we tried had excellent flavor. Our table was constantly full of meat and side dishes, and we never really had to wait for another plate to arrive. Service was good throughout the meal.

The side dishes were also good, with a nice variety brought out along with the meal. The kimchi was one of my favorites, with a good crunch, spice level, and flavor. The fish cakes were also good and somewhere in the middle of my list of favorites.

The radish kimchi was served as larger cubes, but I didn't think it had quite as much flavor. We also received seaweed, rice, potatoes, and several other side dishes.

There can be a bit of a wait for a table since this is a popular restaurant with some of the highest ratings in the area. It's located in a plaza surrounded by other Asian restaurants and stores.

I've also tried another AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant in the same plaza, but so far, Omi remains my favorite. The combination of the meat selection, quality, side dishes, service, and AYCE format made this a great experience.

One important thing to know is that **a minimum of two people is required for the All You Can Eat option**. I found this out when I returned by myself on another trip through Dallas.
