  Flavor Was Underwhelming - Tuna Was Dark

  This was my first visit to this location, and despite how busy it was, the service was surprisingly fast. I decided to try a couple of items I hadn't ordered before: the Japanese steak and shrimp plate and the spicy tuna sushi.
  
  The Japanese steak and shrimp was decent, with good flavor and quite a bit of spice. It even got my nose running, which is unusual for something ordered directly off a menu. However, despite the flavor, the dish felt like it was missing something, and I don't think it would be something I'd return for.
  
  The spicy tuna sushi was more disappointing. When it arrived, the presentation was underwhelming, and the tuna's color looked a little off, making the sushi look unappetizing. It wasnt dark red like fresh tuna, it was the dark grayish red color from tuna that sits after sliced. You can judge the appearance for yourself in the photo. The flavor was also rather plain, with little to no heat, which was disappointing for something advertised as spicy tuna.
  
  Overall, the food was decent and the prices were fair, but I probably wouldn't order the sushi here again. I've tried other items at different locations and generally found the food to be good, though not particularly impressive compared with what I've had at authentic Asian restaurants.
