  Small Store Bursting With Flavored Pecans & Other Nuts

  This is exactly the kind of hometown business I like to find when traveling. Davis Mountain Nut Co. specializes in pecans and other flavored nuts, and the quality of the products really stood out. The flavors were bold and noticeable rather than a weak coating or powder you can barely taste. The Key Lime pecans, for example, are packed with flavor, almost like getting a bite of key lime pie in every handful.
  
  The store itself is small and quaint, a stone building that looks like its been around for a while. But it’s well stocked with their different products. The gentleman who waited on us was extremely friendly and took the time to explain the different items they offer, including some of their specialty containers, limited-size packages, and where their products can be purchased outside of the store. He even shared stories about customers who regularly order by phone.
  
  It’s clear that this is a popular stop for people traveling through the area, with many customers becoming repeat buyers. I actually found out about the store myself from a repeat customer who happened to mention it in passing.
  
  There’s a nice variety of flavors to choose from, including praline, cinnamon, Key Lime, hot and spicy, sweet and spicy, vanilla, and others. With so many options, it’s easy to find something to take home or give as a gift.
  
  Definitely worth stopping in if you've never been here before.
