    Disappointing Chicken, Taste & Texture Was Off

    I was passing through town and pulled thru the drive thru to grab a quick meal. I ordered the Texas Meal with spicy chicken. The order was ready fast, everything was correct, and the service was good.

    Unfortunately, the chicken was a little disappointing. The batter tasted somewhat stale, although it could have also been the oil. The batter was also different than I'm used to at Church's, normally the crispy skin peels away from the chicken easily, and can be eaten on its own, but for some reason it was stuck to the chicken this time.

    I wasn't expecting this location to be much different from other Church's locations, but unfortunately it was different, in a disappointing way. The service was good and the food was ready quickly, but the chicken could have been much better.
