  No Sauce Packets, No Sauce On Tacos, But Provided Sauce In A Cup

  I ordered a couple of orders of tacos and asked for taco sauce before pulling away from the drive-thru window. Based on past experiences, I've learned to always ask because, for some reason, they don't always put sauce on the tacos. I was told they were out of sauce packets, so the employee handed me a small plastic cup of sauce instead. I'm not sure why the tacos didn't have sauce on them to begin with, especially if they had some available to serve separately.
  
  I took a bite of the first taco and discovered there was no sauce on it at all. The shells were also tough, making the tacos pretty unenjoyable. Even after adding the sauce, they still weren't very good. These tacos aren't great to begin with, but they can be halfway decent when they're fresh. They're a cheap, quick option, but that's about the extent of their appeal.
  
  I also tried the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered with a coupon. Supposedly a $6 sandwich, it was disappointing as well. The chicken lacked flavor, the toppings were minimal, and there was barely any lettuce. The sandwich was also somewhat soggy. Even with the coupon, it's not something I'd be eager to order again.
  
  The guy working the drive-thru window did a decent job, although it looked like he was also helping out in the kitchen. If the staff were stretched thin, that might explain some of the service issues, but the food itself needed improvement.
  
  Overall, this was an underwhelming visit. Between the missing taco sauce, tough taco shells, and soggy, flavorless chicken sandwich, there wasn't much to be happy about.
