  • Must Try ★★★★★ Tuna Tataki Steak Tataki Takoyaki Cowboy Roll Tempura Shrimp Visited Mar 19, 2026

Steak Tataki, Citrus Tuna Tataki, Good Ramen, Great Variety

This might be my new favorite sushi buffet. The item I left craving again days later was the steak tataki and the cowboy roll.

    **Steak Sushi**
While not technically sushi, raw steak, these items had amazing flavor. The tataki had a sweet and savory marinade on it, and was sliced so thin the marbled texture made it nearly fall apart.

The cowboy roll had spicy kani, avocado, diced red onion, topped with jalapeno, eel sauce, & wasabi mayo and of course thin sliced steak. It had a flavor unlike any sushi Ive had before.

    **A Nice Variety Of Items**
Aside from those 2 beef items, I tried the tuna tataki, salmon tataki, takoyaki, miso soup, shrimp tempura, and smoked salmon. What I tried was maybe 15% of the menu. Several deserts, ramen bowls, teriyaki items, and more are all on the menu.

**All The Tataki Items Were Fantastic!**
All of the tataki items were great, they all had amazing color, were presented artfully, were very tender, had fresh flavor, and the same sauce on them all.

    **Chunky But Not Chewy Takoyaki**
The takoyaki good flavor and they made a nice addition to the meal. It contained nice chunks of octopus, but they werent chewy, the filling was not overly thin either, but a nice creamy filling that didnt spill out when you bit into it.

The smoked salmon had decent flavor, but wasnt a favorite. The salmon wasnt as tender as hoped for, and the smoke flavor while very apparent didnt create a flavor that held up to some Ive had other places.

I finished off the meal with some fried bananas. They were cooked fresh, not overcooked, not over crispy, but a nice fluffy batter. They were served as everything else very artfully.

**Great Service, Super Fast Speed, Artfull Plating**
Another thing was the speed at which I was served. When I sat down and placed my first order along with my drink, the soup almost beat the drink to my table. Were talking 2 minutes max.
Within 3 minutes my takoyaki was on the table, and before my soup and appetizer were done, my waiter was back to take my next order.

The next round started to arrive within 4 minutes. Each item was brought out as soon as it was prepared. Empty plates carted away, as the new items were delivered to the table.

My table never went empty, I never sat waiting to order again, and despite the super fast speed, everything came out plated like art, as you can see from the photos.

I visited late and by myself so I wasnt able to try as much as I had hoped. A few items were sold out, and I couldnt hold whole rolls by myself.

I will say this buffet was a bit on the pricey side, but for the quality of the food, it was worth it. Just make sure you visit hungry.
