Stopped For A Breakfast Taco - One Of My Favorites
The drive-thru line moved quickly, my order was correct, and the portions were good. I rarely get breakfast anywhere, but when I do the sausage and bean taco with potatoes added is one of my favorite breakfast tacos anywhere.
I'm not sure exactly why this combination works so well, but it just does. The refried beans have a lot of flavor, and the sausage has a great texture and plenty of seasoning. They chop the sausage into small cubes, and there's a pretty generous amount in the taco. I already really like Bill Miller's hash browns, so adding them to the taco just takes it to another level. It makes a hefty taco, and 2 of them are going to make a pretty good meal.
If you haven't tried it, you really should. I actually stumbled across this combination while doing jobs out of town. I was leaving early in the morning for a long drive and needed something to eat before hitting the road. I wanted to get large tacos so I didnt have to fiddle with them while driving, so I decided to add the potatoes to make my taco bigger, and since then, it's become almost the only thing I order for breakfast at Bill Miller.— Paul
