  I Asked For Extra Crispies & Got Them

  On my most recent visit, I asked for extra crispies, and they brought out an entire box of them!
  I was spooning them up like cereal, but there was only so much I could eat alongside my meal. I eventually started dipping some in tartar sauce and adding vinegar to others, but even then, the container was just too much!
  
  Almost everything was good this time around, although both my fish and chicken seemed a little overcooked. The meat was drier than usual, and the chicken was somewhat chewy as a result. The flavor was still good, but the overcooking took away from the overall experience.
  
  On the positive side, the food came out quickly, I definitely got my extra crispies, and the customer service was excellent. If the fish and chicken had been cooked properly, this would have been a perfect visit.

  Manager Made A Bad Visit A Much Better One

  My visit got off to a rough start. I had placed two mobile orders covering four meals, but two of the meals were completely wrong, with missing sides and incorrect items. I returned to the location to get everything corrected, and the manager handled the situation very well. He fixed the orders, offered me a drink while I waited, and even threw in a few extra pieces of fish to make up for the inconvenience of having to come back.
  
  Despite the initial problems, the food we received was great. The fish was some of the best I've had from Long John Silver's, with a crispy coating and tender, moist meat inside. It wasn't dry at all, and the fries were fresh and crisp.
  
  Credit goes to the manager for turning a frustrating experience around. He took responsibility for the mistake and went out of his way to make things right. Both the correct items from the original orders and the replacement meals were fresh, which was reassuring.
  
  Mistakes happen, but how a restaurant handles them makes a difference. The manager here showed that he cares about customer satisfaction, and based on how the situation was handled and the quality of the food, I'd be willing to return to this location.
