Im Not A Coffee Fan But These Cold Brew Coffees Are Addictive.
Not sure how many people dont know about this yet, but sometime around December 2024 Quick Trip started installing Nitro Coffee bars in most their locations.
I dont even like coffee that much, and I've become addicted to the hot coffees. I grab one leaving my office late at night, when its cold out, when Im feeling under the weather. The hot mocha coffee's are closer to hot chocolate than coffee, but the caffeine is there and the coffee flavor is only in the aftertaste for the most part. They come out of the taps frothy with a thick layer of foam on top. Some QT's have the peppermint creamer and the canned whip cream as well.
As far as coffee goes for a non coffee drinker, or for someone that likes sweeter coffee's this is a must try.
$2.00 for the small,
$2.69 for the medium,
$3.09 for the large.
They have hot and cold coffees,
Iced Vanilla Latte
Iced Punmkin Spice Latte
Iced Mocha Latte
Iced Caramel Latte
Nitro Cold Brew
Hot Vanilla Latte
Hot Caramel Latte
Hot Mocha Latte
Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte
I like the Mocha, Caramel, & the Vanilla, but I find the vanilla flavor a little weak, so I mix it with the caramel.— Paul

Roast Beef Sandwich Surprised Me. Actually Decent For A Gas Station
I've tried a few items from Quick Trips Cafe, including their chopped brisket sandwiches (which are pretty good), their cold roast beef sandwiches, their personal pizzas, and their breakfast tacos and sausage kolaches (which were not very good).
Today was my first time trying a custom made sub, ordered on the touch screen terminal. I decided to go with the roast beef sub, swapped the cheddar for American cheese, minus' d the tomato, and then added mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, pickles, brown mustard, & mayo.
The cost for the full length sub was $6.69. So how was it? I was decently full after eating it by itself. The sandwich however was inconsistant temperature wise. One bite was warm, the next was nearly cold. The cheese wasn't fully melted, and the meat was warm. The bread toasted, but after all the veggies were added, the sandwich temp probably dropped.. Judging from the unmelted cheese, it wasnt very hot to begin with.
I would have liked them to toast the sandwich longer, with the mushrooms, onions, and peppers on it. I think that would have made a big difference in the temp and flavor. I might see if they can do this next time, but Im not a big sandwich eater.
Overall for the price, it was decent, the meat portion was on the small side, compared to dedicated sandwich places they fell short on meat & flavor. But this meal was for convenience.
I would consider ordering it again, it was good for a quick meal, but unless I can figure out how to get a better sandwich, maybe add additional meat (which was a $2 option) or a combination of meats, and maybe have them bake some of the toppings, I don't see this becoming a favorite.— Paul
