Attended A Party Where These Were Catered. Had Them Delivered On-Site
For our event we had a dozen Cocolada coconuts delivered from
Am I Coconuts, located in Holmes Beach. The delivery began with the arrival of a refrigerated truck, ensuring the coconuts were kept fresh and chilled. The friendly driver not only unloaded the coconuts but also brought in a sizable container of Cocolada juice for potential refills, accommodating our uncommon request, and
before leaving, offered to assist us in unboxing or dividing the refills.
The presentation of each coconut was a highlight — individually boxed, adorned with a charming pineapple toothpick, an umbrella, a bamboo paper straw, and a Hawaiian lei. The company brands each coconut with a logo of your choice, adding a touch of elegance to each coconut. All of these small things set a delightful tone for a start to our beach outing.
While the Cocolada drinks are non-alcoholic, many in our group chose to enhance their experience by adding their preferred spirit. Personally, I found the coconut water and pineapple juice mixture to be subtly refreshing, but expected a sweeter profile akin to a piña colada made with coconut milk.
However, once the liquid was consumed, I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh coconut flesh inside, which could be peeled and eaten with a little effort.
In summary, the Cocolada coconuts proved to be a charming and enjoyable addition to our party. The exceptional customer service provided by the company, coupled with the impeccable presentation of their product, made for a positive experience. My only wish was for a slightly sweeter flavor in the drink itself.
