  Excellent Pad See Ewe. Good Flavor & Texture.

  It was my first time eating here so I looked at other peoples photos. The beef Pad See Ewe looked really good and appeared to have Chinese broccoli, so I decided to order that. It turned out to be some of the best Pad See Ewe I've had. Id put it in my top 5.
  
  The food was out pretty quick, maybe 8 minutes or so. When the food arrived, the noodles and meat were steaming hot, and was a decent sized portion. I noticed the pad see ewe had a mix of Chinese broccoli and American broccoli. I ordered my plate a medium spice level. The food was decently spicy, Id probably give it a 7/10 with 10 being hot, and 15 being Thai hot.
  
  The noodles had good flavor, and were nice wide noodles. I noticed some noodles had sauce that had cooked into them while others were lighter in color. The darker ones seemed to have better flavor. The meat was varied as well, with some pieces being very tender, while others were a bit chewier. Some bites had excellent flavor while others were good but not as good. If all the noodles and meat had the best flavor, this might have been nearly a perfect 10 for Pad See Ewe. This pad see ewe did have egg in it, but no carrots, or other vegetables. (I've seen places with celery, bean sprouts, carrots and other things added). I did see large pieces of chopped Thai red chile mixed in.
  
  Our waitress came by the table twice during our meal, offered to take a dessert order at the end, filled our drink glasses twice, and was overall very attentive. The service was really good.
  
  Soft drinks were from a fountain which was nice, as many places Thai restaurants serve cans, and prices on everything was pretty fair. Most items seemed to be about 2-3 dollars less than other places. That combined with the fact the flavor here was really good, I felt the meal overall was great.
