Everything Matcha, The Smell Of The Waffle Cones is Amazing
This is the first place I've ever had soft-serve matcha ice cream. The menu here is pretty diverse, with ice cream served on fresh baked waffle cones, ice cream in a cup, as shaved ice, swirled with ube (purple) ice cream, as a hot tea, or even as a float on top of iced matcha tea.
When you walk thru the front door the aroma of the fresh baked waffle cones will hit you, and that alone will probably influence your decision to get a waffle cone, as the smell is amazing.
I've tried the cone, the swirl and the float. The float was interesting but I found it odd. Having ice cream on top of cubed ice is just not normal. The matcha waffle cone is my recomendation.
All the matcha items here are made with real matcha imported from Kyoto Japan. The soft serve matcha ice cream is dusted with the same matcha powder, and if you look at the pictures you will see it.
As far as matcha ice cream goes, I can compare it to hard frozen ice cream, but this has a totally different flavor. It's one of those things you just have to try for yourself.
A great place to get dessert, especially if your a fan of fresh waffle cones, or matcha, or Japanese stuff in general.
