Bean, Sausage & Potato Taco - Special Order
A few years ago I put this taco together while traveling, stopped at this exact Bill Millers and wanted something quick and filling before I headed out on a couple hours commute.
This taco is by far one of my favorite breakfast tacos. The refried bean and chopped sausage which is on the menu with potato (hashbrowns) added. The taco is super filling, the flavor from everything combined is amazing, and other than the stuff coming out the opposite end of the taco as you eat it, makes for a good meal in the car.
This Bill Millers is pretty busy throughout the day. I rarely see it without any cars in the drive thru, but the service here is pretty good. Wrong orders arent very common, and the food has been pretty consistent as far as portions and flavor go.
Id highly recommend trying this taco, you can get it at any of their locations.— Paul
