  Didn't Have But A Basic Selection Of Tacos Ready

  I've had Laredo Taco Company a few times in the past, usually when traveling and happening into a gas station that has the taco kitchen inside.
  
  This visit isn't much different. Traveling from San Antonio to Roswell, I stopped in Fort Stockton, and there weren't many options for food on the go early morning without venturing into town and going in somewhere. I decided to just stop here and let everyone grab some tacos or sit down since it was directly on our route.
  
  The gas station is a newer one, its pretty modern and clean inside, the taco kitchen was somewhat stocked. There were some items not ready yet or not being made. Not sure what the reason they were empty was. The basics were available, potato and egg, bean and cheese, chorizo and egg.
  
  I ordered 2 bean and cheese, and a soda from the gas station. I would have imagined this location would be fully prepared and full of food at about 8:50 in the morning, its on a trucking route. But I just took whatever I could get and got back on the road.
  
  The tacos weren't bad, but weren't great. It was bean and cheese. I would have liked one of the non breakfast tacos like fajita or something, but this is what I ended up with.
