Service Here Has Fluctuated Since Opening, But Improved Again.
This location seems to be better managed than many other McDonald’s, or perhaps the consistently busy traffic helps keep the food fresh. Whatever the reason, it has become one of the better locations I've visited as far as food freshness goes.
When it first opened, the drive-thru moved incredibly fast. Orders were accurate, and the food was always fresh. Unfortunately, service eventually started to decline. During several late-night visits, I experienced waits of 20–30 minutes, sometimes with as few as six cars ahead of me.
Thankfully, things seem to have improved again over the past few months. On my most recent visits, the food has been fresh and hot, the fries have been crispy rather than soggy, and order accuracy has been excellent. Aside from one missed modification to an item, everything has been correct.
My most recent visit was in the middle of the night. I ordered the $5 value meal, which included nuggets, a burger, fries, and a small drink. Everything was fresh, and I made it through the drive-thru in just a few minutes.
If the location can maintain this level of food quality, order accuracy, and speed, it will remain one of my preferred McDonald’s locations.— Paul
