  Visited To Try The AYCE Since This Is One Of The First In San Antonio

  I decided to try this place after hearing that they offered all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ in San Antonio. The pricing was comparable to other all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurants I've visited, so I was interested in seeing how it compared.
  
  The selection of meats was somewhat limited, although that wasn't necessarily a major issue for me. Unfortunately, I felt the flavor of the meats fell a little short compared with some of the other Korean BBQ restaurants I've tried. The banchan and other side dishes were also somewhat underwhelming. They lacked some of the variety and flavor I've come to expect, and several of the side dishes I particularly enjoy at other Korean BBQ restaurants weren't available.
  
  I also found the way the menu and options were laid out to be somewhat confusing. There were several different choices and combinations, and I needed the waiter to explain how everything worked before we could figure out exactly what we wanted to order.
  
  After the meal, I started wondering whether the all-you-can-eat option was really the best value. Depending on how much everyone at the table eats, it may actually make more sense to order individual plates of meat and share them rather than paying the all-you-can-eat price for everyone.
  
  I may give the restaurant another try at some point, especially since they've now been open for a while and may have made some changes. However, the people who dined with me on my first visit weren't interested in returning, so I'll have to find someone else willing to join me for another Korean BBQ dinner.
