Excellent Customer Service
I don't usually review individual McDonald's locations unless there's something that makes them stand out. This location, which is attached to a gas station, has one thing that sets it apart: the customer service. I've received outstanding service here on numerous visits, far beyond what I typically expect from a fast-food restaurant.
Several times, employees have walked around checking on customers, asking if everything was okay, and even offering to refill my drink. On one visit, an employee brought me extra Big Mac sauce in a container. Another time, after I mentioned that I like extra onions, they brought me a small container of chopped onions to go with my meal. These little gestures might seem minor, but they make a big difference.
The food comes out quickly, and my orders have been correct every time. However, it's the attention to customers that really makes this location stand out from other McDonald's restaurants. I rarely use the drive-thru here and actually prefer going inside to sit down, which isn't something I typically do at McDonald's.
The service has been so consistently good that I even contacted corporate to compliment the employee who was working here. It's refreshing to see a location where the staff genuinely seem to care about their customers. The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, but the exceptional customer service is what keeps me coming back.— Paul
