  Indian Taco's At The Casino. I Had To Try It

  I'm always on the lookout for Indian Tacos and Frybread while traveling outside of Texas. Its an unknown item there. So when I saw the small snackbar restaurant had Indian Tacos I had to try one.
  
  There was a bit of a wait to order, get the food, and then it was a challenge to get seated. There were only a few tables and all of them were staying full.
  
  My Indian Taco came out and it looked pretty promising. I finally got a seat and dug into it. The frybread was a bit disappointing. Im not sure what they did, but it seemed like maybe it had already been made in advance and had been sitting, or they made my plate and it sat for a while before they called me to the counter. The bread was chewy and soggy. Everything was kinda bland, and as far as Indian Tacos go, this was one of the least impressive I'd had. Which was surprising coming from a casino on an Indian reservation.
  
  All I could think about was how back in San Antonio the worst Mexican food is in the tourist areas. Its nothing like what you get when you go out into the neighborhoods. I figured that might be the case here as well.
