Pretty Good Selection, But Didn't Taste The Same As The Schertz Location
I've eaten at several Lin's International Buffet locations, and of all the ones I've visited, this one left me the least impressed.
The sushi selection seemed noticeably smaller than what I've found at other locations, and the flavor wasn't quite as good either. The rest of the buffet was a mixed bag. Some items were comparable to those at the other restaurants, while others fell a little short. It's somewhat surprising to see these differences between locations in the same city operating under the same company.
Don't get me wrong, there's still a decent variety of food available, but the overall selection felt smaller, especially compared with the location along I-35 in Schertz.
On this visit, I tried several pieces of sushi, a small steak, and some of the standard buffet favorites, including rice noodles, beef and broccoli, and pepper steak. Everything I ate was good, but nothing really stood out or made me want to come back to this particular location.
Overall, it's an acceptable buffet with plenty of options, but based on my experiences here and at other Lin's locations, I'd rather visit the others as they left me with a better experience.— Paul
