Have eaten here 2 times now and for this side of town the food is very reasonably priced and some of the best Mexican food outside 1604. I have a friend who lives in the Dominion area and I discovered there isn't really any good Mexican food in the area, and the little bit there is, is very overpriced.
Everything I've tried has been really good, and Ill definitely return to try more items. So far I've had the cheese enchiladas, queso tostada, beef puffy tacos, and the chicken mole enchiladas.
Service has been good across both visits, food came out quick, and orders were accurate.
The cheese enchiladas had good flavor, the sauce wasn't the gravy style but more the meat chili style, but had good flavor. The puffy tacos have good texture, and plenty of toppings on them. Everything always tastes fresh and the portion sizes are really good.
My chicken mole enchiladas were very moist, the mole sauce had good flavor, and overall they were really good. Not overly sweet like some places.
Glad I found this place, I highly recommend it for authentic affordable Mexican food in the Fair Oaks area.— Paul
