  Amazing Customer Service

  I come from Texas wine country and have visited many vineyards both here and while traveling, and the customer service I received at St. James Winery was exceptional.
  
  I explained to the employee what types of wines I liked and described some of the wines I'd found at other wineries during my travels. They went through the tasting list and pointed out several wines they thought I might enjoy. The employee helping me was incredibly accommodating and friendly.
  
  What I originally expected to be a quick stop turned into about an hour at the winery because I ended up having such a good time talking, tasting wines, and learning about what they had to offer.
  
  I tried several of their sweeter wines along with some of the seasonal selections and found a few that I really liked. They even mixed a small blend of two wines for me to try, attempting to get closer to a wine I'd enjoyed somewhere else. I really appreciated the effort they put into helping me find something I would enjoy rather than simply going through the standard tasting.
  
  I ended up leaving with several bottles, including their seasonal mango wine, which I purchased as a gift for a friend.
  
  Overall, this was a great experience. The wine selection was enjoyable, but the customer service was what really stood out to me. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you're passing through. Excellent customer service and a very welcoming experience.
