  Order Thru A Pipe, Get Good Seafood On The Other Side.

  I've only eaten here once, but it was an experience I won't soon forget. When you place your order through a PVC pipe, and the order actually comes out right you remember it. Places with electronic ordering boards and microphones still manage to get orders wrong, so there's something pretty hilarious about this setup actually working.
  
  But the PVC pipe isn't what keeps people coming back. The real draw is the food: good, simple, and incredibly cheap. The menu is straightforward: Fish, Shrimp, Chicken, Fries, Okra, and Coleslaw.
  
  What you get is exactly what you'd expect: basic, crispy battered fish and shrimp, straight-cut fries, and good tartar sauce. Nothing fancy and nothing pretentious. They're not trying to reinvent fried seafood or claim to be the best. They're simply serving up good food at prices that are hard to beat.
  
  Prices have gone up over the years, but you can still get two pieces of fish, two shrimp, and fries for around $5. Family and friends tell me it used to be as little as $2.25, which is pretty incredible to think about.
  
  If you're looking for a quick, inexpensive meal, or a drive-through stop where you can grab some food and head out to the beach, this place is definitely worth a try. It's simple, it's affordable, and sometimes that's exactly what you're looking for.
