Stale Fries, Warm Burger, & An Overflowing Drink Cup.

We used to have Rallys years ago in Texas. I'm thinking the last time I had eaten at one was in the mid 90's. So while visiting Little Rock I saw they had a Rally's location and took the chance to visit the drive-thru.

The food was less than impressive. The fries I got were a little stale tasting, like they were fried in old oil. The burger I got was mediocre at best, it was barely warm, it lacked much flavor and tasted like it had been made hours ago and just sitting. While eating it in my car I was sad that I had used the opportunity to try a new restaurant while traveling to eat this food. Yeah, it was that bad. I had hoped for flavors that brought back memories from the 90s. Instead I got a meal of full of regret.

Compared to other burger chains the prices were up there with the premium items at Burger King or McDonalds, which would have been a welcome alternative compared to this. This is actually one of my lowest rated reviews for a hamburger or even fast food place.

It also seemed as if the staff inside was messing around and not paying attention. When I drove up, they opened the window half way, then slid it back closed, then open again while chatting with each other and talking on a cell phone. My drink was handed out the window overflowing with soda running down the sides.

I wouldn't return to this location while traveling, and has ruined the memory of eating at this chain many years ago. The entire experience was sub-par.
