Boudin Balls From A Gas Station Kitchen
We were passing through the area and stopped to grab a snack, but after discovering there was a small kitchen inside the gas station, we decided to order a few things for lunch. We ended up with a random assortment of items, including two orders of fried boudin balls.
We grabbed some sodas from the refrigerator and sat down at one of the tables inside to enjoy a quick meal. The boudin balls were a little overcooked, and some of the other items we ordered were decent but nothing particularly impressive.
The wait for our food wasn't too long, and given that we were eating at a gas station, we were happy to have something more substantial than jerky sticks and chips.
Overall, it was an OK lunch. Some of the kitchen items could use a little improvement, but the prices were fair and the food was decent. It's a convenient option if you're passing through and want something hot to eat without making a separate stop at a restaurant.— Paul
