Tried The Lunch Buffet - Food Was Decent, But Not Impressive
While searching online it showed that they offered a lunch buffet so I stopped here while passing thru town. I had no idea what to expect and it took a circling of the building to figure out where to park and how to get into this place.
The lunch buffet was decent, but selection was not amazing. I tried a bunch of the items on the buffet, but there weren't any in particular that really impressed me. A few of the items on the buffet were a bit bland for my taste, and one item was cold.
Some of the items on the buffet I wasnt quite sure what they were, but tried them anyways. I had beef and broccoli, one that seemed like chicken and broccoli, a chicken that was unbattered but had sesame seeds on it, spring rolls, noodles, green beans, and an item I believe might have been their version of kung pow chicken.
I saw another person say on a review that the selections offered varied based on time of year, my visit was during October.
The reason I had to circle the building is that the restaurant is part of a larger building, that is like a mini-mall. It has a main door on the side street, parking between buildings, and one inside wall faces into the main hall of the mini-mall.
While the food wasnt super impressive, it was better than another buffet I had recent had in another part of town. The wait staff was friendly, the service was good, and the price was fair. It made for a decent stop while passing thru town for a quick lunch.— Paul
